Magnificent 19th C floral blue panel reworked into a dress. Has a front V neck, 3/4 length sleeves with white crochet. Has a two inch waistband and a long skirt with back godet creating a small back puddle. Very flattering silhouette and vibrant colours. In excellent condition.
