Incredible Y2K runway blouse made from a neoprene fabric with eyelets. has 3/4 length sleeves, a high neck that buttons on the back, a laced waistband and a peplum asymmetric hem. There is an abundance of the prettiest hand beaded flowers throughout the front and sleeves. Packs a punch as far as blouses are concerned and really looks fab over anything!
